• All photos are for personal use only; commercial or promotional use requires prior upgrade or written permission.
• Canceled sessions = credit or partial refund. If poor weather or similar circumstances cause cancellation, a full refund may be offered at my discretion if rescheduling isn’t possible.
• Number plate or track number must be visible for proper rider ID.
• Safety first — respect track rules and marshal zones. I am not responsible for your decisions on the track. Always follow track officials over me in every situation; I am not affiliated with the track and your safety is in their hands.
• For roller or street sessions: you accept full liability for any unsafe behavior you demonstrate on the road. I do not condone or encourage unsafe stunts — I document what occurs, not direct or influence it. Any and all consequences of your actions are your responsibility.
Things happen at track days — accidents, rain, spills, delays. If the shoot cannot take place for uncontrollable track-related reasons, we’ll discuss rescheduling or refund options as needed.
